Program Evaluation
Our evaluation methods answer questions that will help your organization better serve your target population.
We work with your project staff, building on their existing knowledge and cultural values, as well as strengthening your internal evaluation.
What will your Organization gain from doing impact evaluations?
- Credible evidence of your contribution to the problem you are trying to solve
- A solid evidence base to make informed decisions on whether to scale your programs, terminate, determine funding and/or areas that may need improvement.
- Lessons learned and best practices that will be shared within your organization and your partners
- A report that documents the impact of your work
Our approach extends to those directly impacted by the program, i.e., program participants. We use data collection methods such as Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) that add value to program content and are meaningful to participants.
Our approach to evaluation helps organizations clarify the impact of their programs. Results, findings, and recommendations are communicated clearly and concisely.
We can conduct the following program evaluations (formative and summative):
- Evaluation of rural development and poverty alleviation programs
- Evaluation of Health HIV/AIDS Prevention
- External evaluation for grant funded projects
- Product evaluation for business growth
- Evaluation of conferences, events, or training programs
- Community Needs Assessment
